All American is Back!

We are proud to announce that our annual All American Crew and Manager Competition is back and better than ever for 2017!

Our Caspers People Week in early March kicked off the All American Crew Meetings to talk about the upcoming competition! The All American Crew and Manager Competition is an incentive program to enhance crew and manager training that instills fun, motivation, and pride!
We know that our people are the best at what they do to take care of our guests every day. Do you think that you are the “BEST” in your store in your favorite position? Here’s a way to prove it!

March and April 2017- At your store crew meeting, you will be given the opportunity to learn and be judged in your favorite positions.
• Store managers schedule & judge their crew people,
DURING THIS TIME: PRACTICE, PRACTICE, and more PRACTICE.
JUDGING SHEETS are available NOW.
You can see what you will be judged on. YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM CAN HELP YOU by giving you feedback based on the judging sheets.
ALL CREW WILL BE JUDGED BY THE MIDDLE OF APRIL – (JUDGING SESSSIONS ARE ABOUT 15 MINUTES).
Judging is done by the Store Manager and/or the Department Managers.

If you are selected to represent your Store's All American Team, you will be judged by your Area Supervisor starting in mid-April!
Store Winners Will Receive:
Special Pin identifying you as an All American (once an All American – ALWAYS an All American)
All American Hat or Visor
The chance to make your Supervisor’s All American Team!
An Invitation to attend the Crew Rally in September!

TEAMS WILL CONSIST OF 20 PEOPLE:
• Team Service (3)
• Team Service Expeditor
• DT Cashier
• DT Runner
• DT Present
• DT Order Taker (2)
• Grilled Products (2)
• Fries
• Initiator (2)
• Assembly (2)
• Buns
• Fried Products
• Shift Manager
• Production Manager

Team Service Positions individual scores are combined. Top TEAM Score determines winners. All other positions, individual winners are awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze for each position.
We will also award the Gold, Silver and Bronze for the Supervisor Teams as well as Top Speed of Service. There will also be an overall Team Spirit Award.

Final Judging Days
• June 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29. July 5, 6, 7.

July 2017
• Final Event Banquet- Lowry Park Zoo- Tuesday, July 25, 2017

September 2017
• All Store Winners for All American (Crew & Managers) will attend the All American Crew Rally for a chance to win $$THOUSANDS$$ in prizes!!!
